process for hair extensions?

1. Customer inquiry - Request for a quote
2. We provide a quote (along with a sample if requested)
3. Customer confirms the order, and we send you an invoice with your
customer number.
4. Customer pays in full or may pay 70% of the total amount.
5. We start production of the customer's ordered products.
6. Upon completion of the product, customer pays the remaining 50% of the
balance, and we send the shipment.
*For all orders when payment is not made
within 10 days after placing, our company can cancel them or change the
price without notice.
Q: How do I order toupees and customized hairpieces?

Simply fax us the completed
order form and we will contact
you within 12 hours to discuss and confirm your order.
Q: Can you copy our samples?
A:
Our development and design team can duplicate your product to match its
quality, if not better. Simply send us a sample of your product and
let our team do the rest. Upon your approval, we can start producing
your product right away.
Q: I don't see a product I'm looking for, can you still deliver?
A:
Absolutely, just because you don't see
certain items or products on our website doesn't mean we don't carry them.
